By using CricScoreBoard, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CricScoreBoard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CricScoreBoard is a cricket scoring and team management application that provides:

• Live ball-by-ball match scoring
• Real-time score updates for viewers
• Team creation and player management
• Match history and statistics tracking
• County cricket tournament management
• Umpire registration and management
• Player profiles with batting and bowling stats

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete profile information
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• Admin privileges are granted by existing admins and must not be misused

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Enter false or misleading match scores or statistics
• Impersonate other players or create fake profiles
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Abuse the admin privileges to manipulate data
• Upload offensive or inappropriate profile photos
• Spam or harass other users through the App
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App

5. Match Scoring & Data

• Scores entered are the responsibility of the scorer
• Match creators can undo the last ball if an error is made
• Once a match is completed, scores become part of the permanent record
• Admins may delete matches that contain incorrect or spam data
• Real-time score data is shared with all viewers of the match
• Ball-by-ball data, innings, and statistics are stored on our servers

6. Teams & County Cricket

• Team creators are responsible for managing their team members
• County cricket features are available to registered players
• County points and rankings are calculated automatically based on match results
• Tournament rules and fair play guidelines must be followed
• Admins reserve the right to disqualify teams for rule violations

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by CricScoreBoard. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

User-generated content (profile photos, team logos) remains the property of the user. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it within the App.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to keep the App available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Real-time scoring features depend on internet connectivity
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

CricScoreBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of match data due to technical issues
• Inaccurate scores entered by users
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any damages arising from the use of the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is currently free).

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Enter fraudulent or spam match data
• Abuse admin privileges
• Engage in harassment or harmful behavior

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
